On Tuesday, President Donald Trump claimed that the United States has “complete and total control of the skies over Iran,” adding that US intelligence has pinpointed the exact location of Iranian Supreme Leader Ayatollah Khamenei amid rising tensions in the West Asia region.
In a post on Truth Social, Trump stated, “We now have complete and total control of the skies over Iran. Iran had good sky trackers and other defensive equipment, and plenty of it, but it doesn’t compare to American-made, conceived, and manufactured ‘stuff.’ Nobody does it better than the good ol’ USA.”
Trump also issued a stark warning to Iran in a separate Truth Social post, asserting that American intelligence has identified the precise location of the country’s Supreme Leader, whom he referred to as “an easy target.”
“We know exactly where the so-called ‘Supreme Leader’ is hiding. He is an easy target, but is safe there — we are not going to take him out (kill!), at least not for now,” Trump wrote in the post.
